Because why not! I was planning on doing this weeks ago and only remembered when the end-times came about. It’s not much but heck, an update is an update and progress is progress!
After three years, I was finally able to install one luxury feature: an audio system!
Back in August, I went on Crutchfield and purchased a Kenwood head unit with aux/bluetooth/usb capability for $80 and a pair of 4x6 JBL speakers (the only ones that would fit for some reason). I attempted to do the install myself but only managed to route new speaker wires because I couldn’t understand how to splice into the original wiring harness and didn’t wanna install new wiring myself. For about $400 all in, the car finally has an adequate audio system for long drives and a functional clock!
